I’m here to work with teams who are ready to do things differently.
I created TiltShift to offer a fresh take on how workplaces can do people and culture.
I’m driven by curiosity, and I love working with people who want to listen, learn and evolve their cultures. People who embrace the diverse perspectives of their team and the needs of individuals to create more equitable and compassionate organisations.
Leaning on anthropological thinking, I offer teams an ‘outside-in’ perspective that allows them to observe the complexity of their culture and interpret its meaning.
Over the last two decades, I’ve worked in various cultures, understanding and responding to the diverse needs of people and organisations in digital, creative, engineering, NFP, retail, insurance, government, and the higher education sector.
Outside work, you’ll find me happily adventuring locally or further afield, hiking or spending time with my favourite people.
