People & Culture Partnering

When you need a people person in your corner

Feel enabled to support your team with an ongoing and trusted partnership.

Part coach/adviser/work therapist: this partnership is a way to prioritise your team’s experience.

After shaping foundational people and culture practices, this relationship moves into strategic advice and guidance. You’ll be supported to respond and remain adaptive to individual and collective needs within your team.

Perfect for

Organisations that don’t have a People and Culture person but are seeing the signals they need one

Leaders who feel like they’re people-ing a lot

Leaders who need a sounding board for people priorities and to plan, make decisions and take action

Leaders who want a people expert to act as an extension of their team.

Team members who need someone - an outlet - to speak to who’s not their manager (or owner of the business)

Felicity coaches and guides me through important people decisions and has such a great level-headed perspective.

“Working with Felicity has felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Right away, the team felt supported by having someone they could talk with and get to the bottom of things they were working through. The biggest change for me as a business owner is the confidence Felicity has given me. She coaches and guides me through important people decisions and has such a great, level-headed perspective.”

How it Works

Understanding needs

Depending on the size, style and needs of your team, we’ll agree on the amount of time needed, what your priorities are and how best to work together.

Coaching and advice

We’ll create monthly touchpoints to cover key people priorities and coach and advise on any key people decisions.

Team time

Team members can access monthly team time (in-person or virtual) to have open conversations about their experience at work. These could be informal wellbeing check-ins, coaching/advice or in response to a workplace issue/challenge.

People priorities

There are various activities your team could benefit from, including:

  • Developing guidelines + processes

  • Coaching and advice for your leaders, including emerging leaders

  • Designing people experiences (e.g. hiring, onboarding, learning)

  • Co-creating initiatives with your team that promote and support a healthy culture.

Inclusions

  • Dedicated hours

  • In-person time to develop relationships

  • Any additional time can be discussed and agreed to.
