Team Insights

You can’t shift what you don’t understand.

If you’re uncertain about what’s happening in your team or what changes will have the most impact on your people, Team Insights can help.

This sense check is a way of understanding the diverse perspectives of your team, what they might need and how that aligns with where you’re heading. It can be hard to see things clearly when you’re in a system. If you’re curious to understand what’s really happening, fresh eyes can illuminate a new perspective.

Perfect for

Finding out more about what’s going on in your team

Fast-growing teams who want to prioritise efforts to support their people.

Founders who feel they’re a little ‘too close’ to get frank answers from their team

Those wondering if they have the right team and structure in place

What stood out was the different perspective that Flic brings; it helped me see the problem in a new light and to make sense of the team dynamics.

How it Works

Insight Gathering
1:1 interviews uncover what matters most to your people. These conversations pull at threads where there’s interest and surface people’s needs, preferences, joys and frustrations. In short, we’ll find out what’s working well and what’s not.

Diagnosis
When conversations are analysed and findings synthesised, a clear picture of the employment experience unique to your team starts to emerge. Individual and collective needs are captured to highlight improvement opportunities.

Debrief
You’ll be debriefed on the key insights and themes, with space for reflection upon implications and possible actions.

Action Plan
We’ll come back together and co-design a roadmap to prioritise and plan suitable responses, including solutions to challenges and further enriching your existing strengths.
